JACKSONVILLE, FL—June 4, 2015 — Lexicon Relocation is pleased to announce the promotion of Dagmar Tencer to the position of senior director, strategic global process management. Tencer has been a significant contributor in documenting and optimizing business processes at Lexicon, and in this new role, she will increase her overall supervisory responsibilities. In addition to continuing to lead business process quality management initiatives, Tencer will now lead the Global Process Excellence Team as well as expand the department’s responsibilities by adding employees from Lexicon’s Implementation and System Integration groups.
Tencer joined Lexicon in 2003 to assemble and lead Lexicon’s global mobility operations team. Her contributions to Lexicon have been numerous through her many different roles, including building international mobility service offerings, establishing global destination services network providers and providing client services support. After shifting focus to transitioning business processes for a systems changeover, Tencer led projects for system optimization, business process improvement and re-engineering.

With master’s degrees in both industrial/mechanical engineering and communications, Tencer has had careers in academia, engineering, international marketing and PR, international business education, organizational development and cross-cultural education and training. She is fluent in seven languages and holds the Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations from Worldwide ERC®. She is a frequent contributor to Mobility Magazine.
