Lexicon Relocation Appoints Jon Hile as President

Jon HileJACKSONVILLE, Fla. January 11, 2016 Lexicon Relocation is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Hile as its new president. In this role, Hile will oversee and coordinate the worldwide operations and activities for Lexicon.  

Hile joins Lexicon with more than 20 years of experience in the relocation and temporary living industries. Most recently, Hile served as president and chief operating officer for National Corporate Housing and was responsible for all sales and operations for this temporary living market leader.

“Jon brings with him two decades of experience and has built an impressive track record of strategic, operational and innovative accomplishments,” said Michael J. Brannigan, interim president of Lexicon Relocation and president and CEO of The Suddath Companies, the parent company of Lexicon Relocation.

His extensive leadership, business development and operations background will be a valuable asset in this role and to the company as a whole, Brannigan said. “Jon is the right leader at the right time to continue the development of Lexicon and take us to the next level.”

Under Hile’s leadership, Lexicon will continue to focus on expanding its presence in both the domestic and global markets. This will allow Lexicon to utilize local knowledge, culture, technology and best practice in every region to meet the expanding global requirements of the HR, talent and relocation industries. 

Hile’s official start date is February 1, 2016, and he will be based at Lexicon’s world headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. Hile holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) industry designation, served two years on the U.S. Advisory Council of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and is a 2012 Worldwide ERC Meritorious Service Award Recipient.
