Lexicon Relocation Announces New Position: VP Carole Thompson Assumes New Role

 Carole_Thompson.jpgJacksonville, Fla., Feb. 14, 2017 —Lexicon Relocation is proud to announce Carole Thompson, CRP is transitioning to a new role as vice president, operational excellence.

For nearly 20 years, Thompson has been an integral part of the Lexicon team most recently serving as vice president, client services in Lexicon Relocation’s Cincinnati office. During this time, Thompson was responsible for U.S. domestic and international services, including account management.  In her new position, Thompson will be accountable for developing and implementing processes and procedures related to global operational initiatives, quality assurance as well as employee learning and training.   

“We are excited that Carole has taken this new role with Lexicon Relocation,” said Senior Vice President, Operations and Client Services, Fadia Kek.  “Carole’s breadth of knowledge and proficiency in the relocation management industry is unapparelled.” Lexicon Relocation President, Jon Hile commented, “Carole’s experience and expertise provide great value to our team members, our clients, and their transferees. We look forward to her continuing contributions to our success”.

Thompson will continue to operate out of the Lexicon Relocation Cincinnati office.  She reports directly to Kek.
