While we typically try to keep this space focused on topics and news affecting global mobility, we’d like to step out of that box for just one post to share some exciting news: we won an award!
We always strive to create the most helpful and insightful content to help you succeed in your job, so we are extra proud that this award celebrated just that, beating out stiff competition from other third party relocation companies. The Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) awarded the EMMA for “Thought Leadership – Survey or Research Study of the Year” to our China Global Mobility 360˚ Survey Report.
Last year, we conducted a survey to find out more about the current state of global mobility services in China, and in October, we published the report. If you didn’t have a chance to download and read it then, check it out now! The detailed information provides a lot of insight, especially for companies relocating employees into or out of the region (or those heading in that direction).
These are some of the highlights of the survey and report:
- Both current and projected employee relocation trends
- Differences between the global mobility programs and activities of China and non-China headquartered companies
- Detailed statistics on activity into and out of different tiers of Chinese cities
According to FEM, “Lexicon has filled a void in the survey market - this research provided tangible data and rich content tailored with the customer in mind.” And we really appreciate that compliment, since it is always our goal to create content that helps our customers and their relocation policies.
Read our news post here if you’d like to know more about the award. This blog post we wrote at the time of publishing the survey can give you a great preview of all the report has to offer.
As always, if there is any global mobility-related subject you’d like to know more about, we’d be happy to write a post – just let us know! Maybe your idea will lead to our next award-winning content!
