In this year’s 2013 annual review we celebrate our achievements to grow our global footprint and the building of resources to further our position as a market leader. From recruiting top talent in key leadership roles to developing additional services to better serve our customers, our core values provided the foundation for our 2013 success.
Highlights include opening our London office in the beautiful Kensington Olympia area and completing the steps to open a Shanghai office in 2014. Expanding our worldwide presence is key to our plan for controlled growth that will provide services to manage our clients’ regional requirements.

Lexicon introduced exciting new technology and products this past year that have increased our value proposition for clients and transferees. Developing innovative technology solutions is an ongoing enterprise at Lexicon and 2013 proved to be another great year of accomplishments. Enhanced client dashboards and the introduction of customized widgets tied to specific KPIs for a quick picture of the quality of service, were a few of the tech tools highlighted in the review. Also, a new program that tracks and reports international short-term assignments and an enhanced international cost projection tool were implemented last year.
New services related to insurance were added to our suite of service offerings and an expansion of service was applied to our Affinity Program. The updated Affinity Program that offers a cash back reward on home sale or home purchase, was expanded to include all of our clients’ employees, not just the people relocating, where allowable by law.
It was also a banner year for talent acquisition and thought leadership. From recruiting Kevin Russell, SCRP, an industry giant, to manage client engagements, to the hiring Damon Ward, a respected and well known employee relocation expert, to operate our London office, which provides management and oversight for EMEA based services. Mike Angel, was also added as a key leader to the Lexicon executive team. Angel will spearhead new and highly targeted strategic projects to better service our customers.
In a newly created role to build our company’s training initiatives, Lexicon’s Rachel Frenette, SCRP, SGMS, was appointed to head this expanding department that will develop extensive onboard training and provide continuous training resources for employees and clients. Lexicon welcomed another new face, Kelly Evans, a senior marketing professional, to lead our online and offline marketing and branding efforts. Evans, in conjunction with Lexicon’s thought leadership team, is building a growing library of resources offering tips, advice and insight into the most current issues impacting global mobility.
Lexicon is proud of all of our 2013 accomplishments and we thank our customers and employees for supporting, inspiring and growing with us. We look forward to making next year even better.
