Deborah presented, Compliance Challenges in Today’s Evolving Global Mobility Landscape, which addressed the increasing number of compliance challenges that result in trying to navigate multiple countries’ tax, immigration, compensation, payroll reporting and other laws and regulations.
The presentation emphasized how non-compliance can have lasting implications on multinational companies seeking to expand and grow their global workforce since compliance hinges on the accuracy and timeliness of data. She relayed how critically imperative it is to comprehend and continually update the most common risks and problems facing global mobility managers and assignees in this evolving mobility landscape.
There was a great turnout of participants and corporate guests from across all industry lines which generated an abundance of interest in the topics presented.
