Michael Brannigan President and CEO

Michael J. Brannigan

President & CEO

Mike brings nearly 30 years of experience in operations, accounting and finance to his role as President and CEO of The Suddath Companies. Over his career, Mike’s wide range of executive leadership positions has included corporate development and strategy, operations management, fleet and asset management and corporate planning and international finance.

As head of Suddath, Mike is well known for his engaging leadership style and commitment to hard work, teamwork and customer service. Under his successful leadership, Suddath has grown bigger and stronger across its diverse business units.

Mike became President and CEO of Suddath in 2015 after three years as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Suddath, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer at iGPS, held various executive positions at Ryder System and also held positions at Procter & Gamble and Arthur Andersen.

Mike holds an MBA from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Albright College.

Mark Burchell

Chief Commercial Officer

With more than three decades in the global relocation industry, Mark leads strategic growth both nationally and internationally for Suddath. As Chief Commercial Officer, Mark oversees Suddath’s global sales and marketing teams, focusing on optimizing performance to create the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Mark is a dynamic, seasoned professional who specializes in building integrated teams to increase market share. He leads teams across multiple cultures, encouraging innovation to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Prior to joining Sterling Lexicon, Mark spent 10 years with Santa Fe Relocation Services in London, handling global responsibility for sales and marketing.

A London native, Mark holds the Senior Global Mobility Specialist (SGMS) designation from Worldwide ERC. He holds degrees from Rutland Sixth Form College and City of London Polytechnic.

Peter Sewell Managing Director

Peter Sewell

Managing Director, EMEA and APAC

As Managing Director for EMEA and APAC, Peter is at the forefront of all innovative and strategic planning within the business. He is a well-respected industry veteran with 27 years of global mobility experience in both the corporate and consulting sides of the industry.

A highly effective global mobility and HR professional, Peter has a strong track record of successfully developing global mobility policy, process and strategy. He has extensive experience recruiting and developing teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Before joining Sterling Lexicon in September 2018, Peter served as World Mobility Regional Director within the global mobility industry. He previously held positions including Head of Global Mobility and Head of Group Talent and Diversity for Tesco, and International Human Resources and Global Mobility roles with Marks & Spencer. He also served as a consultant with Andersen and Deloitte.

Peter received the Forum for Expatriate Management’s 2017 EMEA Award for Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility in recognition of his service to the industry. He has earned degrees from the Royal Hospital School in the United Kingdom.

David Dance President, Americas

David Dance

President, Americas

As President of the Americas region, David supports sales strategies and product development, ensuring that Sterling Lexicon’s wide range of capabilities is aligned with market opportunities. With more than 20 years in the relocation industry, David is an integral part of Sterling Lexicon’s global operations and supply chain strategies, helping to deliver world-class experiences to customers around the world.

Prior to joining Sterling Lexicon, David was president at Paramount Transportation Systems (PTS) for more than six years. He previously worked for Suddath International, where he served more than five years as Vice President of Finance and Strategic Development. He also served 10 years in positions of increasing responsibility at Cartus, culminating in his role as Director of Global Supplier Relations.

David earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.

Fadia Kek

Senior Vice President, Operations & Client Services

As part of the Sterling Lexicon Senior Leadership Team, Fadia is responsible for making strategic decisions regarding the operational and line management for all regional locations. She directly oversees account management and client retention, operations, global process excellence, implementation and training and development.

With more than three decades of experience in the relocation industry, Fadia has worked in numerous leadership roles in operations, client services and business development. Her strengths include problem-solving across different cultures and creating and maintaining client relationships through high standards of excellence.

Fadia has served more than 10 years at Sterling Lexicon in a variety of roles. Prior to joining the company, Fadia served as Director of Account Management and Client Services for Cartus Corp.

Fadia has earned the prestigious Certified Relocation Professional designation from Worldwide ERC, and has been certified as a Global Mobility Specialist.

Craig Donovan, SVP Global Supplier Network

Craig Donovan

Senior Vice President, Global Network Integration

As a member of the Sterling Lexicon Senior Leadership Team, Craig is responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s worldwide network of preferred suppliers. To provide the greatest value for clients, he oversees the processes, selection criteria and evaluation metrics to manage and measure the global supply chain.
Craig’s ongoing oversight ensures our partners with best-in-class suppliers in all locations and all service segments.

Craig interacts closely and frequently with network suppliers so Sterling Lexicon remains on the cutting edge of new products, technology, cost efficiencies and innovative strategies and ideas to enhance the customer and client experience.

Craig has extensive experience in the relocation industry, including 17 years in various service groups at another relocation company before joining Sterling Lexicon in 2011. He has a degree from Roanoke College.

Sara Lowe, SVP, Finance and Accounting

Sarah Lowe

Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting

In her executive position, Sarah oversees Sterling Lexicon's finance and accounting teams, a role that makes her responsible for all aspects of accounting, control and compliance, financial reporting and cash management. She develops tailored solutions for clients based on their needs and leads the operational accounting team to handle expense management and payroll reporting for clients.

Sarah brings more than 10 years of experience in finance to her position. Prior to joining Sterling Lexicon, she held various executive accounting positions, including serving as Controller for The Suddath Companies. She also has served as an auditor with Deloitte.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and her Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Rob Giese, VP of Innovation and Change

Vice President of Innovation and Change

As leader of Sterling Lexicon’s innovation and change team, Rob is focused on enhancing and optimizing the mobility experience for clients and their employees. Under his guidance, his team is developing leading-edge technology and solutions to make the relocation experience easier, more effective and more efficient for customers.

Rob came to Sterling Lexicon with more than 30 years of experience in the global mobility industry and an extensive background in technology for the global mobility industry. He progressed through a variety of positions with a major relocation management company before taking on the responsibility of managing a large in-house relocation program.

Rob is chairman of the Worldwide ERC Foundation for Workforce Mobility, the world’s premier trade association for talent management and global mobility, and serves as a board member of the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council. He has held a Senior Certified Relocation Professional designation for more than 20 years, in addition to a Global Mobility Specialist designation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from National Louis University in Chicago and has an associate’s degree in computer science.
