Manages caseload of transferring employees and serves as the single point of contact. Counsels transferring employees on the Client’s relocation policy and programs. Coordinates all activities and services necessary to facilitate the corporate policy and program. Demonstrates a willingness to improve job-related skills, responsiveness to direction and constructive feedback and shows flexibility and creativity in completing work assignments. Develops and maintains a positive and productive working relationship with managers, co-workers, team members and customers. Additional job assignments or projects as directed by the supervisor as deemed appropriate. Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual and Lexicon’s policy and procedures manual. |
| Education and Experience: |
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for counseling employees at all levels. Highly customer service oriented. Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday. Ability to multitask and organize workflow to meet deadlines and prioritize work Computer proficient and capable and comfortable in learning customized software necessary for the specialized tasks related to relocation activity and expense tracking. Teamwork and interpersonal skills required. College degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum Three to five years’ experience in relocation or closely related customer service industry (real estate, mortgage, property management, and so on). CRP designation preferred. |
