Searches for potential clients and leads in the presentation of opportunities to expand Lexicon’s portfolio of accounts and client relationships including developing employee benefit programs and affinity relationships. Assists in the development of materials for use in response to requests for proposals and information. | Job Skills: |
Highly customer service oriented. PC proficient and capable and comfortable in learning customized software necessary for the specialized tasks related to sales and development activity. Exemplary interpersonal and organizational skills required. Proven strength in communication, consultative selling techniques, and project management.

| Education and Experience: |
Bachelor Degree or equivalent job experience. Accomplished relocation professional, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a sales and/or client management role. Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) preferred. Operations and implementation knowledge is beneficial.
