Carole is responsible for leading the client services and operations team in our Cincinnati facility.
Carole has over 30 years of industry experience and previously served as Vice President of Mortgage Services and Vice President of Operations for a leading relocation company. Carole has spoken on numerous ERC panels and is active in the Greater Cincinnati Relocation Council and the Great Lakes Relocation Council.
