Lexicon Relocation is a leading provider in the administration and delivery of relocation benefits and global assignment services whose headquarters are located in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. Lexicon has full-service centers in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Jacksonville, Shelton, CT and Irvine, CA. We began our business sixteen years ago, in 1993 in a supporting role to clients of our parent companies. Our clients were seeking a single-source supplier that could administer and manage all third party relocation management services. Lexicon now provides a complete menu of relocation and expatriate assignment management services to more than 150 companies around the world who relocate their employees for business purposes.

Through our professional staff who are chartered with coordinating and managing services through long-standing partnerships in more than 100 countries, we provide worldwide global mobility services by combining high touch personal service with today's corporate goals of speed, efficiency and cost savings.

Lexicon employs state of the art technology with a very high quality, customer centric service philosophy producing industry leading performance results and acclaimed customer satisfaction.

The senior management staff at Lexicon averages 25 years of industry experience. Our relocation/global counselors have extensive experience. Many have spent time onsite with major client corporations and average more than twelve years of industry experience. Each counselor is highly trained and most hold a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council © (ERC). We choose our global counselors for their diverse cultural backgrounds, overseas living experiences and expertise in servicing the relocation and assignment needs of employees moving across the world. Most hold the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation from ERC.

George Doyle, President
Certified Relocation Professional

As President of Lexicon Relocation, George Doyle has overall responsibility for Lexicon service, cost and financial results. George has 30 years of relocation management experience.

George has testified on dual deed tax issues for the Florida State Legislature and previously served on the Industry Advisory Board for the relocation industry's trade association, the Employee Relocation Council (ERC).

Mike Mancini, Executive Vice President, Client Services
Certified Relocation Professional, Global Mobility Specialist

Mike is responsible for spearheading initiatives for client service delivery, quality management, strategic development, product development, procurement and management of Lexicon's worldwide partner base.

Additionally, Mike oversees the domestic and international teams of Regional Vice Presidents at Lexicon. Mike has more than 20 years of US Domestic and Global relocation experience serving in numerous executive, account management, operations and supply chain management positions.

Patti Smith, SVP Finance & Accounting
Certified Public Accountant

Patti is responsible for Lexicon's finance and accounting teams. These include all aspects of accounting, control and compliance, financial reporting and cash management.

Patti has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management and holds a certified public accountant (CPA) designation. Prior to joining Lexicon, Patti held executive positions within the mortgage and banking industries.

John Reed, Vice President, Technology

John is responsible for Lexicon's information infrastructure and design including web platforms and emerging developmental technologies.

Prior to joining Lexicon, John held positions with Fannie Mae in Washington, DC and served as First Vice President of Strategic Planning and Sales Marketing at BancBoston Mortgage Corporation.

Craig Caruso, Senior Vice President, Business Development
Certified Relocation Professional, Global Mobility Specialist

Craig is responsible for business development and acts as a mentor and leader to our client services group.

A 25 year veteran of the relocation industry, Craig has been personally successful in developing relationships with over 100 major US corporations representing more than 16,000 relocations. Craig was a founding Director of the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council and has served on ERC's national planning committee.

Gene Isaacs, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Affiliate Development
Certified Relocation Professional, Global Mobility Specialist

Gene is responsible for sales and marketing in addition to government services administration.

Gene has more than 25 years of experience in the relocation industry holding executive level positions in three other relocation management entities and guiding their growth and development. Prior to joining the relocation industry, he held a number of senior level positions in real estate development, venture capital, and asset management fields.
