Their relocation program was fully outsourced to one of the largest relocation service providers, but Company 3 felt their relocating employees were not receiving the level of personal attention and quality of services desired. As a result, a Request for Proposal was issued to a number of relocation service providers and Lexicon was awarded the business opportunity.Results AchievedOur management reporting modules eliminated the manual reporting done in the past by Client 3's HR staff. By changing to Lexicon Relocation's preferred transportation suppliers, we reduced the cost of household goods transportation by approximately $1,000 per domestic move and significantly reduced household goods claims.Our implementation of the fixed-fee BVO program at senior levels is saving the client approximately $15,000 on each qualified home sale. Cost reporting by policy level has enabled the client to prepare easily and accurately annual relocation budgets.
