General Position Summary
Assists management and client services in all aspects of payroll and financial reporting to client company payroll and human resource departments and provides guidance in all applicable payroll and tax regulations. Ensures client tax assistance policies are calculated and reported accurately and on schedule.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
- Assists the Payroll Reporting Supervisor in consultation, implementation, communication, training and problem resolution with both internal staff and clients.
- Audits expense coding and producing Payroll Reports of calculated gross-up/withholdings for clients on agreed upon schedule for all phases of required reporting.
- Assists in all areas of development, implementation and maintenance of procedures, departmental data and documentation.
- Participates in software integration, report development or other IT projects.

- Must have excellent attention to detail, be extremely accurate and organized, able to meet recurring tight deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills and mathematical reasoning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to manage in all directions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- General knowledge of popular payroll systems preferred
Education and/or Experience
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum three to five years experience in payroll administration or relocation payroll reporting
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- FPC - Fundamentals of Payroll Certification preferred.
- Experience in working with Crystal Reports
