Joanna K. Aman, Esq.

Vice President and General Counsel

As Vice President and General Counsel, Aman has overall accountability for all legal related matters for Lexicon Relocation and our sister organizations. She has over twenty years of experience practicing corporate, transportation, relocation, employment and real estate law. Aman recently became a certified compliance and ethics professional. She is an active member in a variety of relocation and transportation related associations, such as ACC, AMSA, WERC, TLA, Conference of Freight Counsel ABA and various state bar associations.

Rachel Frenette, SCRP, SGMS

Vice President of Client Services, Learning and Development

As Vice President, Client Services, Frenette leads Lexicon's strategic learning and development efforts as well as holding accountability for specific Client Services initiatives. Frenette is a well-recognized corporate and relocation professional with more than 30 years of domestic and global mobility industry experience. She worked as the Relocation Manager of a large in-house relocation program and has served as Vice President for a multinational organization's on-site operations team. Frenette has been an active participant on many WERC committees throughout the years, including its Board of Directors and Planning Committee. In 2010, WERC presented her with a second Distinguished Service Award acknowledging continued contribution to the relocation industry.

Rob Giese, SCRP, GMS

Vice President of Business Information Technology

Giese will oversee all of Lexicon's information infrastructure and design including web platforms and emerging developmental technologies. Giese has more than 28 years of industry experience and since joining Lexicon in 2011 has been a significant contributor in enhancing our technology systems and optimizing our business processes.

Avrom Goldberg, GMS

Senior Vice President, Managing Director APAC & EMEA

Goldberg has leadership responsibility for Lexicon's APAC and EMEA offices, which serve as key resources for Global Business Development and Regional Business Support Services. Additionally, he retains oversight of our Consulting Services and Thought Leadership Teams. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Goldberg has significant expertise in global supplier management, business development, consulting and operations, general management and has received the coveted 'Global Mobility Professional of the Year' Emma Award in 2012.

Dan Keating, SCRP

Senior Vice President, Global Business Development And Marketing

Keating, a 25 year industry veteran, will manage Lexicon's overall strategic global new business growth and marketing initiatives. As the leader of our global business development and marketing teams, Keating provides a skill set that is another critical step to our global growth strategies. Keating is an active participant in the relocation industry trade organization, Worldwide ERCĀ®, as well as regional mobility organizations. He has been recognized by the Worldwide ERC and is a recipient of the Worldwide ERC Meritorious Service Award, Worldwide ERC Distinguished Service Award and Worldwide ERC President's Award.

Michael P. Mancini, CRP, GMS

President & COO

As President & COO of Lexicon, Mancini has overall responsibility for our service, cost and financial results. Since joining Lexicon in late 2006, he has led all initiatives for client services delivery, quality management, strategic development, product development, as well as procurement and management of Lexicon's worldwide partner base. Additionally, Mancini oversees the US Domestic and Global teams of Senior and Regional Vice Presidents at Lexicon. He and his team of Senior/Regional Executives continue effecting Lexicon's Strategic Global Growth Plan as they transform Lexicon into the recognized leader in key areas of mobility services around the world. Mancini has more than 25 years of domestic and international relocation management experience, previously serving in numerous executive, account management, operations and supply chain management positions.

Kevin Russell, SCRP

Senior Vice President, Client Engagements

Russell is responsible for all Client Engagements from contractual implementation processes to forming and maintaining successful partnerships. A central facet of his position is account management oversight focused on creating an environment to maintain robust relationships with our clients throughout our organization. An industry professional recognized for his efforts, he is a three-time recipient of the Worldwide ERCĀ® (WERC) Distinguished Service Award. Russell brings over 30 years' experience in the relocation and mortgage industries to our senior management team of professionals.

Patti Smith Keeler, CPA

Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting

Smith is responsible for Lexicon's Finance and Accounting teams, which includes all aspects of accounting, control and compliance, financial reporting and cash management. She has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management and holds a certified public accountant (CPA) designation. Prior to joining Lexicon, Smith held numerous executive positions within the mortgage and banking industries.
